Everything you need to know about MemberGuard.
It depends mostly on your data. Tiers, fees, staff roles and your card design are set in the settings pages, and a member list in a spreadsheet can be imported directly. Moving years of payment and event history from an old system takes longer, and we can do that migration for you as a paid, one-time service.
Member data is hosted in Singapore on AWS (ap-southeast-1), and each customer has its own database. Staff sign in with a password plus an authenticator-app code. You choose which staff roles can see sensitive fields and documents, and MemberGuard records who viewed or changed each member's record. Payment credentials and bank account numbers are encrypted again inside the database.
Members enter their email address and type in the 6-digit code MemberGuard sends them. There is no member password to forget. In the portal they see their card, update the details you allow, upload documents, pay invoices and book events.

Yes. You can import members from a CSV file yourself, with a dry run that shows what will change before anything is saved. We can also migrate your payment history, documents and event records for you as a one-time assisted migration: S$5,000, or from S$1,500 for smaller associations on Circle and Chapter.
Yes. An administrator can download a full export at any time: a ZIP file with one CSV per type of record, plus your documents, which opens in Excel.
All plans are billed yearly and renew each year; you can cancel before your next renewal. Federation is an annual contract.
